Claims Process

Orders without package loss coverage will not be processed for claims.

If you purchased the package loss coverage we will process your claim as quickly as possible. In order to process a claim we will need picture of the damaged cooler, shipping label ups or fed ex and or pictures of spoiled food.

Upon receipt of photos we will reply and let you know we received your photos.
