Time for Oyster Stuffing!

Why serve a substandard stuffing? Win approving nods from your Great Aunt and serve fresh East Coast Stuffing. Briny metallic-crisp oysters mix and mingle nicely with seasoned buttered and baked bread cubes. Let us get you started on the most delicious path with American pride freshly caught Eastern Oysters. Combine the harvest with the best grains and seasonings.

Get your ingredients all lined up. If you have hungry linebackers invited for the feast, you may want to double the recipe since it’s geared for 4 servings. Chop a fresh celery stalk. Dice a Vidalia Onion and fill a measuring cup to ¼ of unsalted butter. Mince 2 TBS of parsley, and measure ¼ tsp. poultry seasoning, ¼ tsp. sage and ¼ tsp. grounded pepper. Take a seven-grain fresh bread loaf (no need for day-old since we EAT FRESH!) and cube to fill 3 cups. Crack a large brown egg and set aside in a dish. Locate ½ cup chicken broth. Carefully drain the juice from your US Seafood and Meat Shucked Oysters and fill a cup with the delicacy. Feel a sense of gratefulness for such amazing ingredients!

Get Cooking. Get the kitchen popping with delicious smells. Sauté the celery, onion and butter and transfer to a large bowl. Add your seasonings and mix well. Introduce the bread cubes, egg, broth and oysters and fold together. Pour the stuffing into a greased, trusty oven dish and bake covered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Promptly remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes for the lightly browned, enticing color. Place on the dining table and marvel at how easy, but how exquisite Oyster Stuffing makes a meal.
